  1. Open Help & Support from the Start menu.
  2. Type secure logon in the search box.
  3. The result is one option "Enable Ctrl+Alt+Del", choose it.
  4. Choose Advanced button.
  5. Check the box, press OK and Done.

You may have to restart.
